We collect the following information when you register and use our app:

• Full name (first and last name)
• Email address
• Phone number and WhatsApp number
• National Identity Card (NIC) number and document image
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) if applicable
• Residential address
• Preferred language and communication method
• Referral code (if used)

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your TIN registration application
• Contact you via WhatsApp or email regarding your application
• Send confirmation and status update emails
• Manage referral rewards and discounts
• Improve our services and app experience

How We Store Your Information

Your data is securely stored using Google Firebase (Firestore Database and Firebase Storage), which is protected by Google's security infrastructure. Uploaded NIC documents are stored in Firebase Storage and are only accessible by authorized Brisca team members.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except:

• Authorized Brisca staff who process your tax applications
• Government tax authorities as required for TIN registration
• Service providers (Firebase, EmailJS) used to operate our app

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Data Retention
